Richa Sharma Joins the Film ‘Jadau’; Paired Opposite Mukun Bhusal

Kathmandu, Asar 25 — Actress Richa Sharma has been signed for a lead role in the upcoming Nepali film Jadau. The production team recently confirmed her involvement in the project. Earlier, actor Mukun Bhusal and actress Niti Shah had already been cast in the film.

Details about the film’s director and remaining cast and crew will be revealed gradually, according to the team. Jadau is written by Kaji Limbu and is being jointly produced by Silver Screen Entertainment and Samishran Movies & Entertainment.

The film’s co-producers are Ramraja Subedi, Om Chemjong, Shanta Tamang, and Narayan Shastri. Buddhi Majhi is overseeing production management, and shooting is scheduled to begin in the first week of Bhadra (August).

Richa Sharma is said to be playing one of the most unique roles of her career in this film. The movie will be filmed in various locations across Dang and Pyuthan districts. Lachhuman Bhandari will handle production management for the Pyuthan segment.

The film’s music will be composed by Babul Giri. Silver Screen Entertainment’s managing director Bimala Bhandari stated that more information about the film’s direction and technical team will be shared in due course.
