Nepali-Hindi Bilingual Film ‘Kumbh’ Set to Release Nationwide on November 28

Kathmandu: The official release date for the much-anticipated film ‘Kumbh’ has been announced. Written and directed by Randhir Shrestha—known for his work in music videos and cinematography—the film will hit cinemas across Nepal on Mangsir 12 (November 28) in both Nepali and Hindi languages.

Produced under the banners of A Ras Production and Dhruv Astro Vastu Studio, the film falls under the action genre and stars newcomer Ashok Aryan alongside veteran actors Sunil Thapa and Sushil Pokharel. Also in leading roles are Afsana Thapa, Rohit Rumba, and Srishti Khadka.

South Indian actor Surendra Thakur also appears in a key role, adding an extra layer of cross-regional collaboration to the project.

Director Randhir Shrestha has also handled the film’s cinematography, while Samrat Basnet is in charge of action choreography. The film is jointly produced by Randhir Shrestha, Dhruvraj Parajuli, and Rajesh Sah, with Ishwar Ballabh Upreti serving as executive producer.

Sandesh Shah and Dhruvraj Parajuli have handled the editing, while distribution rights have been acquired by Shree Ram Balaji Films.
