Madhesi Ekta Samaj UAE Branch Forms New Executive Committee

The UAE branch of Madhesi Ekta Samaj, which serves as an umbrella organization for Madhesis living abroad, officially formed its new executive committee for the upcoming term during a program held on Sunday in the Masafi area of Fujairah. 

The assembly was presided over by the outgoing branch president Roshan Dev and featured Dr. Rabindra Kumar Yadav, the President of the International Committee, as the chief guest.

Under the new leadership structure, Shailendra Kumar Raya has been appointed as President, while Afroz Hussain, Manish Karna, Dharmendra Mandal, and Sandeep Yadav will serve as Vice Presidents. 

The committee also includes Co-Presidents Rampukar Yadav and Ramayodhya Shah, General Secretary Krishnakumar Shah, Treasurer Abhimanyu Yadav, Youth Coordinator Bikram Shah, and Cultural Coordinator Bhola Paswan.

The event drew a large number of Madhesi community members living across the UAE. Notable figures in attendance included former branch president Dharmendra Gohivar, international advisors Tanmeer Alam, Shahnawaz Akhtar, Faisal Hussain, Lal Singh, Jibach Shah, Sunil Purbe, and Amit Sharma, alongside Business Council Chairman Kabindra Yadav.

To mark the occasion and celebrate the New Year 2026, the organization also hosted a picnic featuring traditional Madhesi cuisine. This gathering provided an opportunity for communal dining and strengthened social ties among the diaspora members.Ekta-Samaj-Dubai-Photo-1768299774.jpeg
