Lions Club of Pokhara Bhairav Extends Financial Support to Arwabijay Secondary School

Pokhara: Lions Club of Pokhara Bhairav has provided financial assistance to Arwabijay Secondary School located at Dhandbensi, Pokhara-13. The support was extended during a special program held on Wednesday.
In a joint effort, Club President Ramesh Kumar Bataju and former president and chief guest of the event, Surendraman Bijukchhe, handed over a cheque worth NPR 40,155 to the school’s Management Committee Chairperson Bhavsagar Baral and Principal Padmadevi Baral.
According to teacher Baburam Subedi, the donated amount will be used to provide electronic training to students, aiming to enhance their technical skills.
Chief guest Bijukchhe expressed his happiness at contributing to a noble institution like the school and said he believes such skill-based training will help students become self-employed. Management Chairperson Baral extended heartfelt gratitude to the organization for its valuable support and expressed hope for continued collaboration in the future.
Former presidents Samar Bahadur Shrestha and Shreekrishna Katila also offered their best wishes during the event. The program was chaired by Club President Bataju and hosted by the club's secretary, Binod Dwa.
