‘Ketolaai DV Parechha’ — New Song Released
Kathmandu. A new Nepali song titled ‘Ketolaai DV Parechha’ (The Boy Got the DV) has been officially released. The song portrays the emotional journey of Nepali youth who dream of going abroad after winning the Diversity Visa (DV), highlighting themes of love, separation, and aspiration.
The song is beautifully sung by Shanti Shree Pariyar, with heartfelt lyrics by Prem Chaulagain and music composed and arranged by Babul Giri. Recorded at Yam Tilak Studio, the song artistically captures the emotional conflict between chasing a foreign dream and staying connected to one’s roots.
The music video features compelling performances by Ramesh Bishwokarma, Garima Sharma, and Usha Upreti. Directed by Mycall Chand, the video’s cinematography is by Utsav Dahal, with editing and color grading done by Tekendra Shah.
The poster was designed by Santosh Design, with makeup by Jyoti, choreography by Siyon Shrestha, and wardrobe provided by Kusum Boutique.
The song is produced by Aditya Chaulagain, with Karki Bhai serving as the production manager.
