Historic Lamp Lighting Marks the Conclusion of Shivapuri Dharma Utsav in Dhangadhi

Dhangadhi. The concluding ceremony of the Shivapuri Dharma Utsav (Religious Festival) and Chaturmas Rituals, organized by the Satya Sewa Pratishthan, featured a historic lighting of 11 crore (110 million) lamps.

This marks the first time in the history of Sudurpaschim (Far-Western Nepal) that such a massive number of lamps has been lit.

This grand lamp lighting, symbolizing the religious faith, devotion, and belief of the devotees, is expected to spread peace, prosperity, and positive energy in society.

The religious rituals were held at the Shivapuri Uttar Rameshwar Jyotirlinga Dham in Dhangadhi, Kailali.
