Garima Bikas Bank's Massive Blood Donation on 19th Anniversary: 602 Units of Blood Collected

Garima Bikas Bank Limited, which has been consistently organizing extensive blood donation campaigns and various institutional social responsibility programs on the occasion of its anniversary every year, successfully completed a massive blood donation program in 8 different locations across the country and 19 institutional social responsibility (CSR) programs today, on Miti 2082 Mangsir 7, on the occasion of its nineteenth anniversary.

A total of 602 units of blood were collected from the massive blood donation programs organized by the development bank in Itahari (Sunsari), Birgunj (Parsa), Narayangarh (Chitwan), Baluwatar (Kathmandu), Pokhara (Kaski), Beni (Myagdi), Butwal (Rupandehi), and Kohalpur (Banke).

On the occasion of its 19th anniversary, the development bank also successfully completed 19 institutional social responsibility programs today, including the distribution of educational materials, school uniforms, water filter machines, and other items to schools in 16 different locations across the country. 

Additionally, they handed over cleaning materials to Shree Niskot Health Post (Myagdi), provided food items to the Matatirtha Vriddhashram Committee (Chandragiri, Kathmandu), and presented a water dispenser to Satya Sai National Council Nepal (Chitwan).

Similarly, the development bank also successfully completed the second edition of the Garima Road Race, 2082 under the Garima Road Race on Miti 2082 Mangsir 6 yesterday, with the slogan "Sports for a healthy lifestyle," which saw the participation of more than 1,000 runners.

The development bank has set a goal to prioritize and continue these types of social responsibility programs in the coming days and to organize the Road Race competition annually.
