Joint Blood Donation Program by Dalit Ekata Sanjal and Selfless Blood Donors Society Concludes

blood donation program was jointly organized by the Dalit Ekata Sanjal Nepal, Qatar and the Nepal Selfless Blood Donors Society, Kaski.

The open blood donation event, held with the support of the Viswakarma Society Nepal, Pariyar Sewa Samaj District Coordination Committee Kaski, Mizar Samaj Gandaki Province, and the Western Regional Hospital Taxi Service Center, saw 26 donors give blood.

The program was inaugurated by the chief guest, Kisan Sunar, President of the Nepal Gold, Silver, Gem, and Jewelry Federation, by handing over a blood bag.

Speaking at the event, Kisan Sunar highlighted that such blood donation programs organized by various organizations help save patients suffering from a lack of blood.

Surya Prasad Dhakal, President of the Nepal Red Cross Society, Gandaki Province, stated that timely blood donations have ensured there is no blood shortage in Pokhara.

Ratna Bahadur BK, President of the Viswakarma Society Nepal, called the blood donation program exemplary. Prakash Chandra Sapkota, General Secretary of the Nepal Gymnastics Association, Gandaki Province, emphasized the need for such programs to meet the blood shortage.

The Nepal Selfless Blood Donors Society, Kaski, works to fulfill the blood shortage in Kaski and conducts various public awareness programs in the community.

The program, presided over by Prakash Viswakarma, President of the Dalit Ekata Sanjal Nepal, Qatar and Nepal, included a welcome speech by Dipendra Adhikari, President of the Selfless Blood Donors Society Kaski, and was conducted by member Hiramani Bhusal.
