Dadeldhura Hospital Shuts Services Except Emergency Following Misbehavior Incident
Dadeldhura — The Dadeldhura Hospital Development Committee has decided to completely suspend all services except emergency care starting today.
The hospital administration expressed serious concern over the incident of misbehavior against Committee Chair Karunakar Ojha, stating that the morale of the staff has been negatively affected, leading to the decision to halt all non-emergency services.
According to a notice issued by the hospital, on the afternoon of Poush 23 at 1:35 PM, several individuals claiming to represent the majority of the Nepali Communist Party (NCP) allegedly misbehaved with Chair Ojha inside his office.
The hospital stated that such incidents directly impact service delivery and lower the morale of both staff and officials. The hospital has demanded a fair investigation into the incident and that the perpetrators be punished according to the law.
