Elderly Citizens and Students Honored by Bhaskar Smriti Pratisthan

Pokhara – Bhaskar Smriti Pratisthan, located in Ghamnang, Ward No. 4 of Madi Rural Municipality, recently organized a special musical program on the occasion of Haritalika Teej, during which elderly citizens were honored.

The program was inaugurated by the chief guest, Ward Chairperson of Madi–4, Shiva Prasad Sapkota. Founder President Yam Bahadur Sapkota spoke about the organization, while visionary Amar Sapkota extended his greetings from Saudi Arabia.

During the event, Shri Ram Ranabhat, President of Bhat Samaj Kahunkhola; elderly citizen Sukumaya Sapkota; and Balram Sapkota, President of Tarakang Pokhara Sampark Samaj, delivered congratulatory messages. Renowned artists Tulsi Kshetri and Krishna Bhattarai performed Teej songs.

Elderly citizens Keshav Sapkota, Mangal Bahadur Sapkota, Buddhi Bahadur Sapkota, Kusudevi Sapkota, Devi Sapkota, Putali Sapkota, Sukumaya Sapkota, and Rasa Maya Sapkota were honored on the occasion.

Similarly, students Sandip Sapkota and Abhishek Sapkota, along with artists Tulsi Kshetri and Krishna Bhattarai, were also honored.

The event was chaired by Bhaskar Smriti Pratisthan President Durgabahadur Sapkota, with the welcome program coordinated by Yubaraj Sapkota and the program conducted by Secretary Roshan Sapkota.
