Kathmandu,October 27 - Ashika Foundation, led by social worker Ashika Tamang, has announced the launch of the "Warm Clothes in Winter" distribution campaign starting next month (Mangsir), targeting schools in remote districts. Through this campaign, the Foundation aims to provide warm clothing to children affected by the cold.
Appeal to Schools: The Foundation has requested teachers in remote districts to send the details of their schools, including the name of the school and the number of students, to the Foundation's official email at [email protected]. This will facilitate the identification of targeted students and the systematic organization of the aid.
Transparency and Means of Support: The Foundation has expressed its commitment to making this campaign completely transparent. Preparations are underway to make all information regarding supporting donors and beneficiary students available through the website. "We are gradually working on making it possible to view all information on the website, including how many people have donated and how many students have received support!" the Foundation stated.
Call for Support: Interested individuals who wish to contribute to this humanitarian work are urged to visit the Foundation's website at https://www.ashikafoundation.org and make a contribution. Just a few days ago, the Foundation ran a campaign where even a small donation of 1 rupee could make a difference.
