100-Bed Specialist Hospital Inaugurated in Sindhuli
Ramechhap: Residents of Sindhuli will now have access to specialist healthcare services within the district.
A 100-bed hospital with specialist facilities has been inaugurated in Sindhuli district. The hospital building was officially inaugurated by Bagmati Province Chief Minister Indra Bahadur Baniya.
The inauguration program was attended by Health Secretary Dr. Sumitra Gautam, other provincial officials, political leaders, local representatives, healthcare workers, and the general public.
During the event, Chief Minister Baniya stated that the Bagmati Province government prioritizes citizens’ health and is committed to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare services. He emphasized that the health sector remains a key agenda of the provincial government.
Bagmati Province Health Minister Kiran Thapa Magar highlighted that since taking office, she has focused on upgrading hospitals, health posts, and primary health centers, ensuring proper equipment and human resource management.
He added that healthcare infrastructure is being expanded to ensure that rural residents no longer have to travel long distances for treatment.
