Youth Minister at Midnight: Bablu Gupta Welcomes Cricketers, Vying to Be a 'Minister Who Delivers'
Kathmandu. The newly appointed Minister of Youth and Sports, Bablu Gupta, has signalled his intent to make a difference with his working style. He arrived at Tribhuvan International Airport at exactly 12 AM to welcome the Nepali National Cricket players returning home.
According to sources, Minister Gupta, who represents the 'Gen Z' youth, arrived at the airport at 11 PM and was due to greet the cricketers returning after playing for the country shortly.
Having taken charge only a few days ago, Minister Gupta is actively positioning himself as a minister who will 'get work done' rather than following the traditional path of previous ministers. His presence at the airport late at night to honour players returning after representing the nation is being seen as a sign of his proactiveness and dedication to sports.
This move is expected to help him gain popularity among the youth and establish himself as a diligent and action-oriented leader.
