Waste at Bhrikutimandap, Unseen at UML General Convention
The Bhrikutimandap has become messy with candidates' promotional materials as the voting for the election of a new leadership is about to begin at the ongoing 11th General Convention of the CPN (UML).
Promotional materials are seen scattered haphazardly while the convention is underway to elect the leadership.
The roads, footpaths, and open spaces in the Bhrikutimandap area are littered with candidates' leaflets, pamphlets, and banners.
These materials, scattered in the name of soliciting votes, are not only defacing the public area but also destroying the entire aesthetic of the whole locality.
