UML Declares Dissolution of House of Representatives Unconstitutional, Unanimously Decides in Favor of Reinstatement
Kathmandu.
CPN (UML), has declared the dissolution of the House of Representatives as unconstitutional and has unanimously decided in favor of reinstating the parliament.
UML General Secretary Shankar Pokharel conveyed this information via a social media post. He stated that the party's 58th Central Secretariat meeting concluded that the HoR dissolution was unconstitutional and made a unanimous decision to support its reinstatement.
Pokharel wrote in his Facebook post: "The 58th meeting of the Central Secretariat has unanimously decided in favor of reinstatement, concluding that the dissolution of the House of Representatives was unconstitutional."
