Preparation for the 11th National General Convention of the Communist Party of Nepal (UML)

Kathmandu, December 8: A meeting of the Secretariat of the Management Committee, which was formed for the preparation of the 11th National General Convention of the Communist Party of Nepal (UML), was held today. 

The meeting, held at the UML party headquarters in Chyasal, Lalitpur, under the chairmanship of Party General Secretary Shankar Pokharel, discussed and reviewed the detailed management, participation, program schedule, and necessary structural preparations for the General Convention, informed Madhav Dhungel, Secretary of the Organization Department.

At the meeting, the conveners of the committees formed for the General Convention preparations presented their progress reports. According to him, the final preparations for the General Convention are underway. The UML General Convention is starting in Kathmandu from December 13 to 15. 

Various 13 committees have been formed to make the General Convention successful. A Secretariat has been formed under the convenorship of General Secretary Pokharel.
