UML Convention Delegates Say the Party Must Transform and Include Everyone

Kathmandu. The 11th National Congress of the CPN (UML) is currently taking place at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu. 

The election process for the selection of the new leadership has already moved forward. Final preparations for voting through electronic voting machines (EVMs) are underway.

Since separate panels of KP Sharma Oli and Ishwar Pokharel have been formed for the future leadership of the UML, representatives are busy soliciting votes for their respective leaders. 

In conversations with Nepal News Bank, most representatives and well-wishers have reacted by stating that they seek transformation within the UML.
