UML Leader Surya Thapa Criticizes Current Government

Kathmandu – Senior leader of the CPN-UML, Surya Thapa, has criticized the current government formed after dissolving the House of Representatives, saying it is difficult to find capable people to serve as ministers.
In a Facebook post, he wrote, “Which respectable person becomes a puppet of foreigners and turns to ashes in just 5–6 months?”—raising questions about the government’s competence and leadership.
Thapa’s comment appears to be a satirical critique to the current interim government.
