Supreme Court Orders Detention of Former Energy Minister Deepak Khadka

The Supreme Court has ordered that former Energy Minister and Nepali Congress leader Deepak Khadka be kept in custody. The decision was made during a hearing on his habeas corpus petition today.
A joint bench of Justices Til Prasad Shrestha and Shanti Singh Thapa issued the order, directing authorities to continue the investigation while keeping him in detention.
