Sudhan Gurung Warns Home Minister Against 'Failing Public Trust'

Kathmandu. Sudhan Gurung, the founder of 'Hami Nepal' (We Nepal), has warned of taking strong action against Home Minister Omprakash Aryal. He has also harshly criticized the Home Minister.

Through social media, he accused the Home Minister of breaking the public's trust and warned him to take immediate steps. Gurung stated, "You have been unable to fulfill the trust of the people.

While voices are rising across the country demanding, 'Punish the murderers,' and 'Punish the corrupt,' you became a Home Minister who only heard the demand to 'Punish the Gen Z.' This is an insult to the nation."

He urged the Home Minister to remember the sacrifices of the martyrs and the hopes and tears of the Nepali people. He said, "You had promised to resign if you couldn't deliver results. Now is the time for that. Because two months have passed, and there has been no action against corruption, nor has any action been taken against murderers."

Gurung, stating that he and his colleagues are fighting for the national interest, wrote, "While fighting for the country's interest, I had to endure misleading news, character assassination, and insults. I used to think—work speaks for itself. But now, hope from you is lost."

Furthermore, he has also warned that elections will not be allowed until the demands of the 'Gen Z' are met. He sternly warned, "If the demands of the Nepali people and the Gen Z are not addressed, this year's election will not be allowed to take place.

If you still cling to the Home Minister's position, the press conference two days later will determine your future."
