A proposal has been put forward that the Member of Parliament (MP) post will be automatically suspended if an MP becomes a Minister in the ‘Shram Sanskriti Party’ led by Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City Mayor Harka Sampang.
Stating that the main work of an MP is to make laws, the party has put forward the agenda that one must be an expert of the related field to become a Minister.
The party, which was recently registered with the Election Commission, announced in its manifesto that if any MP elected from the party becomes a Minister, their MP post will be automatically suspended.
Similarly, the party has proposed a directly elected Executive President and a Vice President of a different gender. The manifesto also includes the proposals to abolish all INGOs, to deploy the Army for border security, and a condition of 5 years of mandatory residence for marital-based naturalized citizenship.
Furthermore, it is proposed that one can pursue higher education only after receiving mandatory military training after passing Grade 12, and in schools, there will be only 3 days of theoretical study per week, with the remaining 4 days to be engaged in productive work.
