Harka Sampang Claims Low Local Participation in RSP's Damak Rally

Harka Sampang, the chairman of the Shram Sanskriti Party, has claimed that the crowd brought out by the RSP in Damak on the day of candidate nomination consisted of people from all districts of the East, asserting that local participation was minimal.

Harka, who is a candidate from Sunsari-1, claimed that not even 10 percent of the people in the procession for the nomination were locals. Satirizing on social media, Sampang said—all those who ring the bell from across the East gathered in Damak the other day.

Locals were not even 10 percent. And then they laugh at us instead? Running an aggressive electoral campaign in the East, he has fielded Samir Tamang as a candidate in Jhapa-5.
