Dharan Mayor Harka Sampang Fails to Attend Scheduled Interaction Program in Biratnagar

It was announced that Dharan Mayor Harka Sampang would participate in an interaction program titled “The Role of Citizens in the Contemporary Political Environment”, organized by Sumnima Cultural Family, Biratnagar. 

However, participants waited until 12:30 PM for the program that was scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM.

Despite repeated attempts by the organizers to contact Sampang by phone, he did not arrive at the venue. After a long wait, the program was started late.

According to the organizers, Sampang informed them at the last moment that he would not be able to attend, and the program was ultimately conducted in his absence.
