Prabhu Sah Slams Delay in Releasing Commission Report on Gen Z Movement
Prabhu Sah, Chairman of the Aam Janata Party (AJP) and former minister, has demanded the public release of the report submitted by the commission formed to investigate the events following the Gen Z movement.
Addressing an electoral program in Chhapkaiya, Birgunj, on Wednesday, Sah questioned the government’s silence, noting that a significant amount of time has passed since the commission’s formation without the findings being made public.
He expressed strong objection to the extension of the commission's mandate even as the government's term nears its end.
Sah further alleged that the failure of the inquiry commission to release the report—despite the Sushila Karki-led government’s six-month tenure reaching its limit and election dates being announced—is an insult to the martyrs who lost their lives during the movement.
