Samikshya Baskota and Ranju Darshana Apply for RSP Proportional Representation Slots
Samikshya Baskota and Ranju Darshana, who joined the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) from the Bibeksheel Sajha Party, have submitted their applications for the Proportional Representation (PR) category. Both leaders are known for their courage in previously contesting the mayoral race for Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
The Bibeksheel Sajha faction led by them merged with the RSP on Mangsir 14. While leaders coming from Bibeksheel Sajha have not yet been integrated into the RSP Central Committee, Baskota and Darshana have shown interest in the PR seats for the upcoming House of Representatives elections.
Both have registered their names under the Khas-Arya cluster from the Bagmati Province. The RSP had called for interested individuals to apply online, and the preliminary list of applicants was released last night.
The party has stated that the final list of PR candidates will be made public on Poush 14.
