RSP’s Proportional Representation Closed List: Key Figures

Pramod Neupane and Ramesh Prasai are two prominent faces appearing at the top of the closed list of proportional representation (PR) candidates submitted by the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) to the Election Commission. 

Pramod is recognized as an individual who worked most tirelessly while Rabi Lamichhane was in jail, while Prasai does not just view Rabi as an idol but is a leader prepared to do anything for him.

Similarly, Bipin Kumar Acharya holds the top position in the male category of the Khas-Arya cluster. 

Anup Kumar Upadhyaya, the Chairman of the Ujyaalo Nepal Party, is ranked sixth. Positioned ahead of him are Sachin Dhakal, Sudip Dhakal, Pramod Neupane, and Ramesh Prasai, among others.
