RSP Mugu Unveils Election Manifesto
Mugu. The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Mugu has released its election manifesto. Bhuwan Tamata, the RSP candidate for the upcoming House of Representatives election on March 5 (Falgun 21), unveiled the party's commitments.
The manifesto mentions the operation of high-speed internet, community Wi-Fi zones, and digital literacy campaigns in every rural municipality. Similarly, it states that Starlink satellite-based high-speed internet services will be provided, and youths will be involved in graphic design, content writing, programming, and data entry. It also includes plans to provide affordable internet and mobile services to citizens in remote settlements.

10 Talent search and development program.
11 Cultural and educational centers.
12 Holy natural conservation centers.
13 Protection of and participation in festivals.
