Rautahat-4: Progressive Democratic Party Candidate Withdraws, Supports Rishi Dhamala
Rautahat. A new political agreement has been reached in Rautahat constituency number 4 on the eve of Thursday's House of Representatives election.
Satyanarayan Bhagat, the candidate from the Progressive Democratic Party, has announced the withdrawal of his candidacy and declared his support for the Aam Janata Party candidate.
Following political discussions and an agreement between the two parties, a joint statement was issued confirming Bhagat's decision to support Aam Janata Party candidate Rishi Dhamala.
The statement reads: "It has been unanimously decided by both parties that Satyanarayan Bhagat, the candidate of the Progressive Democratic Party in Rautahat constituency No. 4, will remain inactive and selflessly assist in ensuring the victory of Aam Janata Party candidate Rishi Dhamala."
The agreement was signed by Satyanarayan Bhagat on behalf of the Progressive Democratic Party and Narayan Tiwari on behalf of the Aam Janata Party.
