Hearing on Rastriya Swatantra Party Chairman Rabi Lamichhane's Case Postponed Again Today

The hearing for the case between Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane and Chhabilal Joshi, the former operator of Gorkha Media, has been postponed today for the Butwal bench.

Although the case was scheduled for a hearing, the proceedings were halted after a postponement request was filed by Lamichhane's legal counsel.

The hearing at the Butwal bench was postponed after Lamichhane's legal professional filed a petition requesting a postponement, as hearings were scheduled in two places on the same day, according to a court information officer. However, the hearing will take place in Patan.

Previously, the joint bench of the Tulsipur Butwal High Court had ordered the original case file to be summoned from the Supreme Court.
