Hearing of Rabi Lamichhane and Former DIG Chhabilal Joshi Postponed
The case of Rabi Lamichhane, Chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, which was scheduled for a hearing today at the Tulsipur High Court, Butwal Bench, has been listed under "Cannot Be Heard" (हेर्न नमिल्ने).
Today, the hearing was scheduled for the fourth bench of Justices Tej Narayan Paudel and Sagar Bista. Along with Lamichhane, the case of former DIG Chhabilal Joshi, which was also scheduled, has also been listed as "Cannot Be Heard."
The court had ordered the joint hearing of both individuals' cases as they involve the same issue.
Lamichhane has demanded to pay the amount corresponding to the claimed sum and fight the case from outside of custody.
