Pradeep Paudel: Choosing Parliament Restoration Will Be Counterproductive for Congress

Nepali Congress youth leaders Gagan Thapa, Pradeep Paudel, and Bishwoprakash Sharma are against the restoration of the parliament. 

Among them, the influential young leader Pradeep Paudel stated that choosing the path of parliament restoration and delaying the party convention would be counterproductive.

Speaking to journalists in Kathmandu today, leader Paudel expressed this view.

He said, “If we choose the path of parliament restoration and think it’s okay to delay the convention, and then try to push it back, that would be highly counterproductive for Congress.” Acknowledging that the convention schedule is not practical, he added that the convention will still take place.
