Prachanda Makes First Public Appearance After Zen Z Movement Incident

Kathmandu – Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, chairman of the CPN-Maoist Center, has inspected the party office located in Parisdanda. This marks his first public appearance following the damage and arson during the Zen Z movement.

During the Zen Z movement across the country on Bhadra 24, protest groups carried out extensive vandalism and arson at the party office. Prachanda personally observed the extent of the damage and reviewed the cleaning and restoration efforts.

He assessed not only the physical damage to the office but also the impact of the incident on the organization and its members. He urged party workers to actively participate in the restoration of the office.

During the inspection, Prachanda also publicly announced plans to construct a new party office.
