Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' States Election is the Best Way to Reach the People

Kathmandu: The coordinator of the Nepali Communist Party, Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', has stated that in the current complex political situation, elections are the most appropriate means to reach the people. Addressing a large-scale party entry program organized by Kathmandu District Constituency No. 5 on Monday, Coordinator Dahal mentioned that the country is on the threshold of an election.

Recalling the intense tension and debate within national politics regarding how to move forward with the election, he noted that issues concerning an all-party government and the restoration of parliament had also been raised. "However, from the beginning, we have stood firm in the conclusion that in today's complex political state, the best way to go among the people is through elections," he said. "A House of Representatives coming with a new public mandate can also address the demands of Gen Z."

Coordinator Dahal claimed that by now, the entire nation has become immersed in the election atmosphere, and the position of the Nepali Communist Party is strengthening day by day. He said, "Currently, we are on the verge of an election. There was a lot of tension and debate in national politics about how this election would proceed. Arriving at this point, the whole nation has already become election-oriented. The status of the Nepali Communist Party is also getting stronger day by day."

During the program, dozens of individuals, including UML Sports Department member Renuka Shrestha, banker Bimala Gyawali, and advocate Sabina Wagle, joined the Nepali Communist Party. Coordinator Dahal welcomed the new members into the party and urged them to play an active role in the upcoming political struggle.
