Parliamentary Committee Meetings Scheduled Today in Kathmandu

Kathmandu: Today, two parliamentary committee meetings of the Federal Parliament are scheduled to take place.

The Legislative Management Committee under the National Assembly and the Public Policy and Subordinate Legislation Committee will hold their sessions today.

The 153rd meeting of the Legislative Management Committee will be held at 11:30 AM in the committee hall at Singha Durbar. The agenda for today’s meeting includes discussions with stakeholders on the Tourism Bill, 2081.

Similarly, at 11:30 AM, the 315th meeting of the Public Policy and Subordinate Legislation Committee will be held in the committee hall. 

The agenda includes discussions on the implementation of the Immigration Act, 2049, and the status of subordinate legislation as per the 2082 study report.
