Over Five Writs Filed Against Parliament Dissolution Under Gen Z Movement Pressure
Kathmandu — According to UML leader Mahesh Basnet, more than five writ petitions have been filed at the Supreme Court against the dissolution of Parliament, which was reportedly influenced by foreign planning under pressure from the Gen Z movement.
Basnet stated that this move signals a possible advancement of the constitutional process to reconvene Parliament, indicating that the decision to dissolve it could face legal challenges.
