Secretary of the House of Representatives Takes Oath

Kathmandu: Prakash Adhikari, the Secretary of the House of Representatives of the Federal Parliament, has taken his oath of office. President Ramchandra Paudel appointed Adhikari to the position upon the recommendation of Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal.
Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal administered the oath to Secretary Adhikari on Thursday at the Law Committee hall in Singha Durbar. Adhikari is a retired employee from the position of Under Secretary. The previous secretary, Harkaraj Rai, was relieved of his post on Tuesday.
