Nepali Congress Leader Bhandari’s Status Expresses Concern Over National Grief and Future Generations
Kathmandu – Nepali Congress leader Chandra Bhandari has expressed deep concern over the current political and social situation of the country in a Facebook post.
He wrote that the empty laps of parents, the crying Nepal, added dark nights, and the sorrow of both history and the present, are all compounded by a future that is also mourning.
In his status, Bhandari stated, “Even for an endless future, on the ashes of a young, promising child and national property, there is still a fierce race and competition for positions. Where is the nation, and where are the people? Where is the respect for blood and the dreams of children of parents to honor it? There seems to be none in anyone’s heart!”
He further added that the struggle for positions and ego among those mentally unfit continues unabated. At the end of the status, he expressed high respect for all martyrs.
The post highlights the leader’s concerns regarding the country’s current political scenario, the competition for power, and the future generations.
