Nepali Congress VP Sharma Expresses Confidence in Election Commission’s Independence

Nepali Congress Vice President Bishow Prakash Sharma has stated his belief that the Election Commission will remain unaffected by threats of protests.
Speaking after a press conference at the party headquarters, Sharma’s remarks come in response to earlier statements by Acting President Purna Bahadur Khadka, who warned of nationwide protests if the Commission failed to recognize the party's official status.
Sharma emphasized that the Commission must maintain its integrity regardless of political pressure.
