Leadership Academy Classes to be Mandatory for Aspiring Congress Candidates

Kathmandu. A provision is being implemented requiring individuals interested in becoming candidates from the Nepali Congress to mandatorily attend "Leadership Academy" classes.

President Gagan Thapa has informed that the path to becoming a candidate will only open after completing the Leadership Academy classes according to the curriculum developed by the party.

The Policy Institute will design the Leadership Academy curriculum for those aspiring to be candidates on behalf of the Congress. There is a provision where the Vice President serves as the coordinator of the Policy Institute.

The Leadership Academy is set to be launched starting from the upcoming local and provincial elections.
