Munilal Khang along with dozens of activists join JSP Nepal
Rajbiraj. Munilal Khang, a candidate for the post of Chairperson of Bishnupur Rural Municipality, along with dozens of activists left the Rastriya Swatantra Party Nepal on Saturday and joined the Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal.
JSP Nepal Chairman Upendra Yadav welcomed him into the party with garlands and tika. Khang, who is also a former chairman of the then Jamuni Madhepura Village Development Committee, had joined the RSP a few days ago and was active there.
Party Central Secretary Shailendra Prasad Sah informed that Khang along with other activists and supporters joined the party during a meeting of leading cadres organized at Jamuni Madhepura in Saptari Constituency No. 3.
Khang stated that he joined JSP Nepal because the party has been fighting for the rights of Madhesh and the Madheshi people, and that the future of the Madheshi people lies within it.
Noting that Saptari district is still lagging behind in terms of development, he also urged the general public to support Party Chairman Upendra Yadav by casting a heavy vote from their respective places for development and prosperity.
