MP Bipin Acharya Demands Government Action on Issues Raised in Parliament
Bipin Acharya, Joint General Secretary and Member of Parliament of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has demanded an end to the government's practice of ignoring issues raised by lawmakers in the House of Representatives.
Speaking during the 'Zero Hour' of the parliament session, he argued that if the people's suffering and national issues continue to go unaddressed despite being raised repeatedly, this period should be termed a 'Black Hole' rather than 'Zero Hour'.
Emphasizing that the voice of the citizens and the accountability of the government should not disappear in parliament like light disappears in a black hole, he drew the serious attention of the government to make the Zero Hour a 'Full Hour' for the people's voice instead of limiting it to mere formality.
He further urged the government to immediately implement the matters raised in the House rather than just keeping them in the records.
