MP Ashika Tamang Expresses Anger Over Motherhood Controversy

Declaring that the country is greater than the party and the world is greater than the country, and asserting that wrongdoers will not be spared, Member of Parliament Ashika Tamang has expressed her anger on Facebook. She wrote on social media: "Whether a woman is local or foreign, she is ultimately the mother of this earth!

Everything we see might not be the truth, but there must certainly be an investigation into the matters that are spilling out in the open as truth! It is even more essential to conduct a evidence-based investigation into a sensitive matter like motherhood, which is tied to women. 

The country is greater than the party, and this world is greater than the country. No one should face injustice here, and if anyone commits injustice, even if they are a member of our own household, we must not stop calling out what is wrong."
