Iranian President Condemns "Inhumane" Attack on Minab Primary School
Agency. Iran stated that 165 people were killed in an American-Israeli airstrike on a primary school in southern Iran on Sunday night.
The Shajareh Tayyebah School is located in Minab, where a military base of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard is situated. The school was attacked on Saturday amidst a large-scale joint operation carried out by Washington and Tel Aviv.
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian expressed his condolences to the victim's families and the residents of Minab on Saturday.
In a statement, he condemned the airstrike, calling it "inhumane" and a barbaric act that adds another dark page to the history of countless crimes committed by aggressors against Iran.
He urged all relief and medical centers, as well as relevant officials in the area, to mobilize all resources and prioritize "immediate and uninterrupted care" for the injured and their families. (CCTV Plus)
