Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ led faction of the Nepal Communist Party (Maoist) witnessed several leaders, including Chiranjivi Dhakal, breaking away to join the Nepali Communist Party.
The leaders formally joined the party by signing a memorandum of understanding.
