Biplav Unanimously Recommended from Rolpa for House of Representatives Election

Kathmandu: The CPN (Maoist) has unanimously recommended its General Secretary, Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav), as the candidate for the direct election to the House of Representatives from Rolpa. 

The Rolpa District Committee recommended Biplav from the constituency that the then-Maoists have long considered their base area.

Responding to the recommendation via social media, Biplav expressed his gratitude to the party, comrades, and supporters. He stated that he views the trust placed in him, the expectations held, and the responsibility given as a serious mandate within the current complex political situation.

Biplav clarified that he will move forward with implementing the decision after consulting with all friends, guardians, well-wishers, and political parties in the coming days. 

Expressing his thanks, he indicated that he will advance this responsibility based on collective discussion and consensus.
