UML Convention: KP Sharma Oli Widens the Lead for Chairperson
The latest election results for the new leadership at the ongoing 11th National Convention of the CPN (UML) in Kathmandu show KP Sharma Oli significantly widening his lead.
According to the updated figures from the vote counting at Bhrikutimandap, chairperson candidate KP Sharma Oli has surged ahead of his rival Ishwar Pokharel by a substantial margin.
The latest data reveals that KP Sharma Oli has secured 333 votes, while Ishwar Pokharel has received 110 votes.
As the counting of votes cast via Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) continues, Oli maintains a dominant lead over Pokharel.
