KP Oli Claims He Will Win with Highest Number of Votes
CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has claimed that he will be the member of parliament to win with the highest number of votes in the country in this House of Representatives election. Chairman Oli, who is also a candidate from Jhapa-5, made this claim during an interview with Prime Television.
"In the 2082 election, I will be the MP who wins with the highest number of votes among the current candidates," Oli said in the interview. "My party will emerge either with a full majority or as the largest party close to a majority."
When Oli made this claim, the interviewer raised questions about unity within the UML regarding the competition of the 11th General Convention. In response, Oli asserted that internal party exercises would not have any impact on the general election.
