Convergence of Legacy, Wisdom, and Development: Kiran Kishor Ghimire
Born in the soil of Dang and having gathered international-level intellectual experience, Kiran Kishor Ghimire is a name of integrity and grace within Nepali Congress politics. As he enters the field as the Nepali Congress candidate from Dang Constituency No. 2 for the upcoming election on Falgun 21, he represents not just a political position, but also carries an ethical legacy and a dream for prosperity.
His political journey is not a mere coincidence, but a resolve nurtured by a strong family background. Following in the footsteps of his late father, Rishi Ram Sharma Ghimire—a fighter in the historic 'Jayatu Sanskritam' movement—and his elder brother, Krishna Kishor Ghimire, who joined the struggle against the autocratic Panchayat system, he became a carrier of democratic values and principles starting from (2036 BS).
His activism through the trade union movement for the rights and welfare of workers following the (2046 BS) People's Movement remains equally relevant today.
Kiran Kishor Ghimire is not only a politician but also a skilled administrator and a successful entrepreneur. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands. His nearly 18-year experience in government service, including roles as the CEO of Janakpur Railway and Manager of the Nepal Transport Corporation, has already proven his administrative capabilities.
A bridge between social service and entrepreneurship, he has not given the community mere slogans but has provided the experience of change through action. Whether it is the establishment of Deep Jyoti Hospital and technical schools to spread the light of health and education in Dang, or initiatives to provide local employment through forest development and industry, his industriousness is admirable.
His entrepreneurial image, which has paved the way for secure employment for approximately 25,000 Nepalis, presents a clear blueprint for economic prosperity.
A Maha Samiti member of the Nepali Congress, Ghimire possesses multilingual command, international travel experience, and a grassroots understanding of politics.
For the voters of Dang Constituency No. 2, he is a candidate for whom politics is not a ladder to power, but a meaningful medium for service and development.
With an untainted image, a high educational background, and a clear developmental agenda, Kiran Kishor Ghimire stands as a synonym for change and prosperity in the Falgun 21 election. He believes that the voters of Dang-2 will clearly support his agenda.-1769150705.jpg)
