JSPN Forms Central IT Cell, Mahesh Chaurasiya Appointed Chief

Kathmandu – The Janata Samajwadi Party, Nepal (JSPN) has formed its Central IT Cell. Mahesh Chaurasiya has been appointed as the head of the newly formed cell. Chaurasiya has also been nominated as the secretary of the party's Information, Communication, Science, and Technology Department.

A meeting held on Monday at the party office in Balkumari, chaired by Jitendra Yadav and attended by General Secretary Lalbabu Raut as the chief guest, decided to form the party’s Central IT Cell, appoint its chief, and expand the Information and Communication Department to 18 members, including a secretary.

Department head Jitendra Yadav stated that considering the growing impact and use of modern communication and technology, the 33-member Central IT Cell was formed under the leadership of Mahesh Chaurasiya. The aim is to effectively bring the party’s ideology and agenda to the public through mainstream social media platforms and to make the party’s activities and structure IT-friendly.

According to Yadav, the IT team comprises organized members who are active on social media, technically skilled in IT, capable of creating promotional materials, knowledgeable in photo and video editing, and adept at using popular social media platforms for the party’s benefit.

Members appointed to the department include Pradeep Ghatan, Musahid Husain, Rasna Yadav, Iman Rai, Manoj Kumar Yadav, Amarendra Yadav, Renuraj Singh, and Ajay Verma. Likewise, Abharendra Yadav, Vinit Yadav, Gautam Yadav, Om Yadav (Manish), Prabhat Kumar Singh (Pintu), Shyam Yadav, Dipu Kapar, and Kamlesh Yadav have also been nominated as members of the department.
