Upendra Yadav Training on Political Study and Leadership Development in Janakpur

Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal Chairman Upendra Yadav has given training to the party's leaders and cadres.

Chairman Yadav, who was the main instructor in the three-day training program organized by the Party School and Training Department and held at the Shubham Hotel in Janakpur until Friday, gave training on subjects including the comparative study of Nepal's political forces, JSP Nepal's policy, principles, and leadership development, the party's publicity department informed.

Furthermore, Chairman Yadav shed light on the country's current political situation, the ideological direction of the parties, the balance of power, federalism, the republic, and contemporary political challenges.

Political analyst Jaya Nishant, who was invited by the party as an instructor, provided training related to the use of AI and social media in the digital age, leadership development, current events in Nepal, and the efficient management of elections.

It has been stated that economist Uma Shankar Prasad Sah gave training on the state of Nepal's economy and the discriminatory financial transfer between the federal and provincial governments.

At the closing ceremony, Party Chairman Yadav distributed certificates to the participants.

The party announced that officials, members of the party's provincial committee, district committee, and national committee, as well as people's representatives and nominated members, participated in the training.
